How much does shipping cost?

Delivery within Germany:

Delivery within Germany is free of charge for orders over €50.00.

For orders under €50.00 we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99, but all of our smaller products continue to be free of shipping costs even below the €50 limit.

Delivery to other EU countries (standard shipping):

For orders over 75€, delivery to EU countries is free of charge,

For orders <75€, we charge the following shipping costs: 9,99€

International/Worldwide Delivery (Standard Shipping):

For orders over 75€, delivery is free of charge internationally/worldwide.

For orders <75€, we charge the following shipping costs: 19,99€

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 2-4 working days and is via Deutsche Post / DHL.

International shipping takes 3-12 business days.

We ship with DHL and Deutsche Post.

Is the shipping insured?

Yes, each of our shipments is 100% insured.

Where does it ship to?

We ship to Germany, the EU and internationally.

How can I track my order?

We'll email your tracking information once your order has shipped. You'll typically receive the tracking number one day after we ship your order.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your home address instead of your work address, as we do not know how long the destination customs department will hold the package.

Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Yes. We offer a 14-day right of return. After receiving the goods, you can easily return the item within 14 days. Please note our right of withdrawal for personalized products.
