Delivery within Germany:

Delivery within Germany is free of charge for orders over €50.00 (standard shipping takes 2-4 business days) and is carried out via Deutsche Post / DHL.

For orders under €50.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99.

However, you can also add an express shipping option (1-2 business days shipping via DHL Express, no Saturday delivery!).

Delivery to other EU countries (Standard Shipping):

Delivery to EU-countries is free for orders over €75.

For orders under €75, we charge the following shipping costs: €9.99

 

Delivery to Switzerland and the United Kingdom (Standard Shipping):

Delivery to Switzerland and the United Kingdom is free for orders over €75.

For orders under €75, we charge the following shipping costs: €9.99

International/Worldwide Delivery (Standard Shipping):

For orders over €75, International/Worldwide Delivery is Free

For orders under €75, we charge the following shipping costs: €19.99

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided. You should verify the delivery and billing addresses during the ordering process. You must also ensure that the person present at the specified delivery address is authorized to accept the delivery.

Delivery is via Deutsche Post & DHL. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items offered must first be produced or personalized. Production times are also stated in the product description.

Important note: For some items, shipping costs may differ from the prices listed above because they fall into a higher shipping class due to their size or packaging dimensions. In such cases, the exact shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.
